Residential video surveillance is one of our most requested services: every system begins with a dedicated on-site inspection, so that entrances and the property perimeter are covered without blind spots and without unnecessary cameras. We use high-resolution outdoor IP cameras with infrared night vision and, where required, supplementary lighting in the most critical areas. We also pay close attention to aesthetics: camera positioning and cable routes are designed to blend into the building’s architecture, as in the example shown in the photo on exposed brickwork.
Images are recorded on a local network video recorder (NVR) and can be viewed in real time from a smartphone via an app, with notifications when motion is detected in monitored areas. Every system is configured in compliance with privacy regulations for residential environments, with camera angles limited to the property itself. Cabling in dedicated conduits, PoE power supply and final optimization of camera views complete each installation.
