Installation of a commercial-scale solar PV system of approximately 88 kWp on the flat roof of a hospitality facility in the Gulf of Poets, in one of Liguria’s most striking scenic settings. The system consists of approximately 200 high-efficiency Trina Solar modules, installed on certified Würth mounting structures with a layout designed to maximize energy production while respecting the building’s profile.

Power conversion is handled by three three-phase inverters, two of which are hybrid units connected to a high-voltage battery storage system of more than 110 kWh. This allows the facility to use solar energy during the evening as well and drastically reduce power drawn from the grid. The system is completed by field switchboards with string-level fire-service disconnect switches – allowing the PV generator to be safely disconnected directly on the roof – surge protection on both the DC and AC sides, and an external interface protection system with a CEI 0-21 certified relay. We managed the entire process: design, installation, grid connection procedures and commissioning.

One of our most significant systems with battery storage: energy independence for a facility that operates all year round, installed in full compliance with current regulations.
