We do not only install new systems: an important part of our work is keeping existing security systems fully operational. In this project at a private home, we carried out a complete inspection of an older intruder alarm system, including servicing the self-powered outdoor siren, checking backup batteries, and testing sensors and alarm notifications.
We also work on systems of this type even when we did not originally install them. We work with the leading brands in the sector – particularly EL.MO. Sicurezza, for which we are a trusted installer – and assess each case individually to determine whether it is more appropriate to repair the system, upgrade individual components or migrate to a latest-generation control panel with app management and a wireless module. Periodic maintenance is inexpensive and makes a real difference: depleted batteries and miscalibrated sensors are the most common reasons why systems fail precisely when they are needed.
A security system is reliable only if it is properly maintained: periodic inspections and work carried out in full compliance with current regulations.
